Block Selection and grading
Each block is inspected for Colour, Pattern, Cracks and Quality, Large marble blocks are extracted from Quarries and high grade block are selected.
Monodressing

means making a marble perfectly even and uniform from all sides.
Cutting Process
With the upgraded THIN MULTIWIRE, it is a modern and more advanced method for cutting marble blocks into slabs and reduces wastage also.

Fiber Net Process
Slabs are treated with epoxynresign to fill the the micro cracks and pores, strenghten the stone and enhance the durability, Fiber is applied on the backside of slab.
Callibration
The slab is grinded using liner polishing machine. To make thickness consistent accross the entire marble slab Insuring perfect level instalation and avoiding lipage (uneven flooring edges). Which helps to improve polish quality, and reduce breakage during handling.
Slabs are dried in an oven at around 40°C - 60°C to remove moisture before resin application.

Resin Application
Slabs are coated with international standard epoxy resin to fill even the minute craks and in holes.
Epoxy Curing
After the resin application the slabs are heated at 40°c - 60°c. Which helps resin to peep in all the veins properly ensuring strength, hardness, better polish and long lasting slabs.
Quality Inspection
Each and every slab undergoes to a final quality check to ensure the Polish, Strength and uniformity before reaching to our coustmers.
Book Match Pattern
Each slab is carefully book-matched to create elegant, mirror-image patterns that elevate design aesthetics.
Fiber Heating at 35°C
Reinforcement with fiber under controlled heating improves structural integrity and flexibility.
Cupi Filling at 60°C
Micro-cracks and pores are filled with premium resin under heat, preserving the stone’s smooth surface and natural look.
Grinding
The slab is precisely ground to achieve a consistent surface and prepare it for treatment.
Chemical Coating & Heat Treatment (50°C)
A protective chemical layer is applied and sealed through controlled heating to add shine and long-term protection.
Vacuum Process for Holes
Air gaps are removed using vacuum technology, increasing the slab’s density and strength from within.
Final Heating at 50°C
A final heat cycle locks in all treatments, enhancing durability and overall finish.
